How we use your details
Last updated 5 November 2026.
Who we are. This website is run by Green Gold Grease & Lubricants Manuf LLC, Land 500, Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: aj@greengold.ae.
What we collect. Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone, country, customer type and message. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, send quotations and data sheets, and follow up on your order. Each enquiry is saved as a sales lead in our business system (ERPNext, hosted by Frappe Cloud) and emailed to our sales team.
Who sees it. Only GreenGold staff and the service providers that host our website, email and business system. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it. For as long as we have a business relationship with you, and after that for as long as UAE law requires us to keep commercial records.
Your choices. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you by writing to aj@greengold.ae. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
